**Neurology opening in Indiana**_x000D_ _x000D_ * Located in ***South Bend/Mishawaka, IN*** - 96m from Chicago, IL_x000D_ * Full time, permanent opening_x000D_ * Employed position_x000D_ * Joining an established practice_x000D_ * Community based practice located in Medical Office Building adjacent to hospital_x000D_ * Average daily inpatient census of 5-10 neurology patients (consult only); internal medicine hospitalist service is in place_x000D_ * Sub-specialty interest of Clinical Neurophysiology, Movement, Epilepsy, Headache, or Sleep Medicine are welcome_x000D_ * 10-15 new patients per week; new patients scheduled 6 months out_x000D_ * EEG/EMG procedures are done in the hospital._x000D_ * Practice members are three physicians and one nurse practitioner.
