-Location: Closest airport Traverse City (60 miles from hospital)

-Duration: June 2018 – on-going

-Dates: (8a-8a) June 25 – June 28, August 23-August 27, October 1 – October 4, December 28 – December 31

-Weekday schedule (Monday- Friday): First shift, 8 hours per day and night call

-Weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday): First shift, 4 hours per day and night call

-Call: 5p-8a, call back rare

-Patients: 8-10 inpatient per day includes 1-2 in ICU, 100% adult

-Procedures: Lumbar Puncture, Thrombolytic therapy, EEG (preferred those with TPA experience)

-Group: 2 other physicians

-Hospital: Level II trauma center, Cerner EMR
