Focus primarily on elective spine cases and general neurosurgery, enjoying state-of-the-art technology such as the Globus Robot and Stryker neuro-navigation. Position Highlights:

  • Established practice with 1 Neurosurgeon and 2 experienced APPs
  • Schedule: 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, and 1 flexible day
  • Primarily elective practice (85% spine, 15% cranial)
  • 7 days of call per month with additional paid call options; APPs take first call
  • 8-12 patients per day in clinic, 5-6 elective cases weekly
  • Guaranteed $880K base salary for 2 years, then RVU productivity model
  • Earnings potential exceeding $900K annually
  • Dedicated MA, front office staff, surgical scheduler, and referral coordinator
  • 350-bed Level 3 trauma center (functions as Level 2)
  • Integrated Epic EMR across the health system
