Neurohospitalist job opening in Quincy, IL About the Opportunity:

  • Seeking a board eligible/board certified neurologist to join our multi-specialty group
  • Neurohospitalist; 7 on / 7 off; 162 shifts per year.
  • Base salary is at or above the MGMA median, and all physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVU s.
  • With more than 60 primary care providers within the Health System providing referrals along with several case managers, the potential to build a robust practice is extremely high.
Compensation: Direct from Training: $380,000 base plus productivity incentive bonus plan. With 3 or more years of practice experience: $400,000 base plus productivity incentive bonus plan. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Education debt forgiveness loan; if applicable. Benefits: Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance Malpractice coverage with tail 403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option Employee childcare center $5,000 professional expense allowance Additional Details: Two hospitals, a physician group, a four-year nursing education program, a foundation and a group of medical specialty businesses come together to form this Healthcare System. Physician Services group is a 60+ provider, multi-specialty group affiliated with not-for-profit health system, the largest medical provider serving a 300,000 population region composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa.
