Locum - Neurology - MD/DO

Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Traumatic Brain Injury/General Medicine

Join a dedicated team focused on providing essential medical evaluations for our nation's Veterans. This role combines General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury assessments at a government contractor facility in New Hampshire. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the health and well-being of those who have served our country.

Responsibilities:

• Perform General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury assessments.
• Conduct interviews and physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Complete non-treatment exams and health assessments.
• Utilize Goniometer for evaluations.
• Document findings and submit standardized reports within 48 hours of exam completion.
• Participate in ongoing administrative tasks, including addendums and medical opinions.
• Train on Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
• Ensure compliance with all evaluation policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
• Proficient in METs testing and familiar with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular evaluations.
• Must own a personal laptop (no Apple products).
• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in New Hampshire.
• Willingness to complete DMA certification training.
• Complete CV with current home address required.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified.
• Unrestricted full medical license in New Hampshire.
• Completion of DMA certification is required before beginning work.
