Seeking BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join team in Merriam, Kansas
Overview:
Allocated block time for surgical procedures and clinic hours, allowing for a balanced and structured workflow.
Call expectations are 1 in 4, with additional compensation for extra call duties. There is no trauma and call volumes are generally 3 consults per day, 2-3 surgeries per week.
Thirty days of annual leave are provided, in addition to six recognized holidays, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary of $900,000 with additional compensation based on wRVU productivity
