Position:
Permanent MD/DO - Neurologist
Location: Albany, New York
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and movement disorders.
Perform and interpret neurological exams, EEGs, EMGs, and other diagnostic tests.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neurosurgeons, physical therapists, and other specialists.
Provide both outpatient and inpatient neurological consultations.
Participate in on-call coverage as required.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Neurology.
Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Fellowship training in stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, or neurophysiology is a plus but not required.
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
