Facility in Wethersfield, CT seeking Neurocognitive Neurology locums coverage

Rates: $290/hr

Position Overview

• Facility: Ayer Neuroscience Institute – Cognitive & Memory Disorders Team

• Coverage Need: Locum Cognitive Neurologist (General Neurologists with experience in cognitive & memory disorders also considered)

• Practice Setting: 100% outpatient – new patient consults & follow-ups

• Schedule:

  • 7 AM – 7 AM shifts (in-house 7 AM – 5/6 PM, then on-call after hours)

  • No surgeries or inpatient consults

  • Patient Load: ~6 patients per day

• Team Support:

  • 1 APP, 2 Neuropsychologists, 1 Social Worker, and Support Staff

  • Epic EMR

Credentialing & Requirements

• Board Certification: Required (Cognitive Neurology or General Neurology with cognitive experience)

• Experience: 3-5 years in Neuroscience preferred

• Telehealth Experience: Not required

• On-Call: No
