Neurosurgery opening in Fargo, ND - Visa Eligible Full Time; Permanent Position Employed Opportunity Seeking BC/BE Neurosurgery Fellowship trained physicians encouraged to apply H1B Visa Sponsored Overview: - Seeking one neurosurgeon to join high volume, fast paced practice - Provide specialty care to high demand area serving North Dakota and Western Minnesota - 15% Cranial Services and 85% Spine Services with opportunities for programmatic development and service line integration. - Level II Trauma Center - 133 bed Hospital - Comprehensive Stroke Certified Hospital through DNV with Interventional Neurology Services - Collaborate on a team including 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, 2 APPs, and Interventional Neurology/Stroke Team - Interdisciplinary team closely tied with a rapidly growing Spine Program - Opportunity to lead the development of surgical programs and garner support for equipment/device needs. - Ability to do pediatric neurosurgery - Dedicated Neurosurgical ICU and Medical Surgical Unit - Anticipated volume of office patients per day: 15-20/day - Anticipated volume of procedures per day: 2-5/day - Call Description: Weekdays and Weeknights 15 days/month Stay at home! Largely consists of phone consults. - Average Inpatient Practice: 10 patients/week - Dedicated Neurosurgical Operating Rooms - Competitive salary guaranteed with full benefits and paid malpractice + tail insurance.
