Job Title: Neuropsychologist

Join our dedicated Neuropsychology team in the vibrant city of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our facility offers a supportive environment with a focus on providing comprehensive assessments for our patients. Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Monday to Friday schedule, free from holidays and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient neuropsychological assessments.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team of four providers.
• Administer an average of 8 neuro-cognitive tests per week.
• Utilize a psychometrist for assistance and manage business-related tasks.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for memory disturbance, dementia, traumatic brain injury, sports-related concussion, and more.
• Perform pre-surgical assessments for patients evaluated for various surgeries such as deep brain stimulation and bariatric surgery.
• Assess decision-making capacity in patients.
• Bring in at least two years of clinical experience under supervision by a licensed psychologist.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited educational institution.
• Completed an internship endorsed by the American Psychological Association.
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience supervised by a licensed psychologist, with one year post-doctorate.
• Experience in a leadership role is highly preferred.
• Clean malpractice history is preferred.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Current Michigan license, or willingness to obtain.
• Must have clean malpractice history.
• Must meet visa requirements for H1B sponsorship (J1 sponsorship is not available).
