Opportunity:
  • Seeking a full time Neuropsychologist (PhD) to join our Neuropsychology team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
  • 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient
  • Mon – Fri (no holidays or weekends)
  • No call!
  • Team of four providers
  • 8 neuro-cognitive testings per week
  • Psychometrist to assist and business staff
  • Completion of at least two years of clinical experience in an organized healthcare setting, supervised by a licensed psychologist, with one year post-doctorate
  • Internship endorsed by the American Psychological Association
  • Comprehensive adult and geriatric cognitive and psychological assessments to assist with accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning
  • Specific expertise in the assessment of: Memory disturbance, Dementia, Traumatic brain injury, Sports-related concussion, Cognitive disturbance associated with epilepsy, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, and other medical and neurological conditions
  • Pre-surgical assessments, including examination of patients being evaluated for deep brain stimulation, bariatric surgery, and epilepsy surgery
  • Assessment of decision-making capacity
  • 2+ years of work experience in a leadership role or has completed training specific skills to work in the position is highly preferred
