We seeking a General BC/BE Neurologist to join our Neurology team in beautiful Southern Oregon.. This is a full time General Neurology position and mainly outpatient, with a small amount of inpatient practice. Our team consists of 3 Neurologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. To learn

 Annual base salary of $401,000

 Eligible for annual value-based incentive up to

$40,000 starting in year two

 Eligible to participate in Neurology Physician

Production Incentive

 Signing bonus $30,000

 Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance

 $5,000 annual CME allowance

 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
