**Neurology Opening in Parkersburg, WV** -Full Time & Permanent Position. School of Medicine is recruiting two neurologists to provide inpatient and/or outpatient care, with an academic appointment of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor. The successful candidates will be expected to practice in Parkersburg, WV. Medical Center serves the Mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding region through a 327-bed, not-for-profit, acute care facility. Because of its convenient location, Parkersburg is a short drive to multiple major metropolitan areas such as Columbus, OH and Pittsburgh, PA. **Duties:** -The successful candidate will practice in the areas of neurology. -In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students and residents. **Qualifications:** -Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. -Successful candidate must have completed a Neurology residency program and must be board certified / eligible in Neurology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Depending on operational needs, a successful candidate may also be assigned to provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. In such instances, travel would be anticipated and expected to fulfill said duties at these additional sites.
