Join the dedicated team of Health Partners, providing exceptional care in an outpatient ALS-focused neurology practice.

  • Care for 6-7 adult patients daily in a 100% outpatient setting.
  • Manage ALS cases with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Utilize EPIC for documentation and EMR.

Job Responsibilities

Independent Role: No other neurologists present during the assignment.
Work alongside an established single-physician practice.
Locum-to-perm opportunity for long-term collaboration.
Facility provides hotel accommodations and rental car reimbursement.

Qualifications

Board Certification/Eligibility in one or more specialties: Neurology, Palliative Care, Hospice, Physiatry, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care (ALS experience required).
Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS.
Licensure: Active New York medical license.
Prior experience managing ALS patients is strongly preferred.

Shift(s) Description:
M-F 8 hr days
