Job Description:
  • Open to providers with expertise in various specialties including Palliative Care, Hospice, Neurology, Physiatry, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care, with specific experience in ALS care. Must be TRULY Board Eligible or Board Certified in relevant specialties with ALS physician work experience (not including Residency/Fellowship training).
  • Outpatient ALS office setting
  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
  • 100% adult patient population
  • 100% outpatient practice
  • Average of 6-7 clinic patients per day
  • EPIC EMR
  • Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers
  • This is a full-time, permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview
