**Sleep Neurology opening in New Britain, CT**
**Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Seeking candidates BC/BE Neurology & BC/BE Sleep Medicine
- The hired physician will support comprehensive sleep services at the hospital's outpatient clinics and sleep labs located in New Britain and Southington Connecticut.
- The Sleep Neurologist will work directly with the Regional Sleep Medical Director and a team of Sleep APPs to ensure ample and equitable access to sleep care services throughout the region. The Sleep Neurologist will also be part of the Neuroscience Institute, which encompasses multiple subspecialties across the state of Connecticut.
- Sleep services include two sleeps labs, each with four beds. Outpatient clinics are located adjacent to the sleep labs. This fiscal year, we have averaged 522 outpatient visits, 115 in-lab studies, and 92 home sleep studies per month
- Dedicated time to reading studies and outpatient clinical time to be determined by practice needs
- The Sleep Neurologist will work with a variety of specialists including cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, urology, radiology, and podiatry
