Neurology opening in Quincy, IL Job Description: - Searching for board eligible/board certified neurologist to join our multi-specialty group. - Base salary is at or above the MGMA median, and all physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVU s. - With more than 60 primary care providers within Blessing Health System providing referrals along with several case managers, the potential to build a robust practice is extremely high. -The group is seeking a Neurologist to take over a current practice. It is our mission to improve the heath of our community. In order to do that we must accommodate the substantial referral volume generated by our primary care physicians Compensation: - Direct from Training: $340,000 base plus productivity incentive bonus plan. - With 3 or more years of practice experience: $380,000 base plus productivity incentive bonus plan. - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance included. - Education debt forgiveness loan; if applicable. Benefits: - Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance - Malpractice coverage with tail - 403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option - Employee child care center - Six weeks annual paid time off for Outpatient Position - One week of CME for Outpatient Position - $5,000 professional expense allowance More about the position: - One is a neurohospitalist which is on call 2 weeks a month; he also does outpatient clinic on his weeks in house. We are looking for 2 additional neurologists with flexibility to do inpatient/outpatient, some hybrid telemedicine is optional. EMG would be highly preferred. Botox is a must. We are a certified stroke center; we use teleneurology in the ED for stroke call. Our neurologists do not assist with teleneurology currently.
