The Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopment is pleased to announce the opening of a Clinical Psychotherapist position. This position will perform client assessments and psychotherapeutic services for the Thompson Center patients and their families. This is a full time position with options for flexibility in work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group psychotherapeutic services for children and families
- Assess ongoing needs of therapeutic services and provide programming recommendations to leadership.
- Pilot and implement clinical workflow initiatives.
- Assist with training of clinical students as needed.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams and support staff.
- Document patient care appropriately, timely and in accordance with department and hospital policy.
