Job Description

  • Dates: October ongoing
  • Shift Details: Standard - Day shift - 5, 8Hr 08:00 - 17:00, Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch
  • Patients per day: 12 patients/day (36 patient-contact hours/week and 4 hrs. for charting, etc.)
  • Hospital Bed Size: 317
  • Case/Procedure Experience: BOTOX and ONB preferred – please list what they do and don’t
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Certifications: BC or BE, AZ license, DEA, BLS or ACLS
  • Credentialing: 2 weeks

Job Responsibilities

Standard day shift - Hospital coverage M - F @ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Board Certification: BC or BE in Neurology
• License Required: AZ License - We have time to license.
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications Required: BLS or ACLS

M - F @ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
