Seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Neurohospitalist physician. Join a large and sophisticated neuroscience care team and robust thrombectomy-capable stroke program in beautiful eastern Washington with 24/7 specialty support from neurosurgery, endovascular neurosurgery, vascular surgery, epilepsy, neuro-IR, neuroradiology, psychiatry and more. Practice with one of the West's largest and most integrated health systems in Spokane, the stroke/neurologic and educational hub of eastern Washington with state-of-the-art advanced imaging, EEG and interventional technologies. Facilities in Spokane include 644-bed Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, which includes its own dedicated children's hospital, and 272-bed Providence Holy Family Hospital in north Spokane. - Fellowship training in Vascular Neurology and prior Neurohospitalist experience preferred
- 7 on, 7 off scheduling, flexible and accommodating
- 12-hour shifts, 161 shifts or 23 weeks call/year
- Option for part-time stroke clinic +/- general neurology practice alternating with Neurohospitalist role for added flexibility and interests
- Support from neuro-trained nurse practitioners, stroke, research coordinators, outpatient neurologists in MS, epilepsy, neuromuscular, movement disorder and dementia
- Additional work and compensation opportunities with telestroke/teleneurology
- Compensation is between $337,152 and $458,734 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
