  • Clinical Role:

    • Seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neurologist with subspeciality training in cognitive/behavioral neurology and/or movement disorders to join our esteemed Brain & Spine multidisciplinary group. The neurology division currently consists of 6 Neurologists with a variety of fellowship training and support from 3 Advanced Practice Practitioners with plans for growth in the coming years. The successful candidate will have system-wide support to grow a dedicated program surrounding neurodegenerative diseases and play a pivotal role in advancing patient care in our community
    • Part of integrated multidisciplinary group Brain & Spine which includes neurosurgery, neurology, pain management, social work, physiatry with APP support
    • Lead the development of an integrated Memory Disorders Clinic with direct support from a dedicated APP and Nurse Navigator
    • Work collaboratively across multiple clinical and administrative departments within a large multi-hospital system covering a wide geographic region of Southeastern Massachusetts
    • No inpatient responsibilities – position will require only outpatient and administrative duties – inpatient at 3 sites is covered by neurohospitalist and tele-neurology. Minimal shared practice call
    • Medical degree from an accredited institution
    • Board certification/eligibility required
    • Current state medical license and DEA registration
    • Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills
    • Within the medical staff of ambulatory and inpatient providers, boasts over 1000 members, serving over 135,000 patients in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
