DESCRIPTION:

· Mon-Fri, 8:30a-5p

· Outpatient Movement Disorders – Parkinson’s, tremor (motor + non-motor), ataxia, dystonia, and other. (Experience or certificate needed)

· Patients per day: Adult 10-12

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· Active WA license or IMLC

· Board Certified

· BLS, DEA

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
