DESCRIPTION:

· Start in September ongoing until February 2025, possibility of extending.

· Mon-Fri, 7a-5p. 40 hours per week.

· Duties: New patients, follow up visits, therapeutic treatments.

· Patients per day: 13-15

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· Active WA license or IMLC

· Board Certified or Eligible

· BLS, DEA

· Covid vaccine

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
