Job Title: Physician - Traumatic Brain Injury/General Medicine

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and examinations focused on General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury.
- Perform range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and evaluate traumatic brain injuries.
- Complete standardized forms including Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours of each exam.
- Provide quick credentialing and onboarding.
- Conduct evaluations primarily based on interviews with some physical assessments.
- Engage in follow-up administrative work as needed (addendums, medical opinions, etc.).
- Use a Goniometer and be proficient in METs testing and evaluations for respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
- Complete necessary DMA training to obtain certification.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R, or a related field.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
- Experience in evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological exams.
- Possession of a laptop (Windows only; no Mac/Apple products).
- Willingness to complete DMA training to become DMA certified.
- Current CV with home address must be provided.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Must hold Board Certification.
- Active medical license in Illinois required.
- DMA certification is required post-hire.
