- Friday-Sunday 24 hour shifts
- Two weekends per month
- Friday-Monday 72 hours 7a-7a
- Nov 22 @ 7:00 am – Nov 25 @ 7:00 am
- Clinical Information:
- Practice setting: Hospital
- Daily Patient Volume: 5
- Stroke Interventions
- Support Staff: Nursing Staff. APP not needed.
- EMR: eClinical Works (eCW)
- 24 Hour Call coverage from Hotel
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Active VA License
- Board Certified
- DEA/CSR
- Must have 200 case logs in the last 24 months
- BCLS, ACLS
