Facility: Medical center that serves as a primary care and acute care hospital providing a range of medical services, including primary care, emergency care, surgical services, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, rehabilitation, and specialty care.

Opportunity:
- Health shortage area- qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program
- Provides office-based general neurology services to new and established patients (adolescents age 16 and older as well as adults), including medication management,
education and counseling of patients and families, ordering diagnostic tests, referral to
related other specialties (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology,
sleep medicine) locally, referral to subspecialty neurologists at tertiary care centers, and
communication with PCP’s.

• Migraine
• Memory loss
• Essential tremor
• Parkinson’s disease
• Cognitive impairment
• Dizziness
• Epilepsy
• Multiple sclerosis
• Polyneuropathy
• Headache
