Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical management and thorough assessments for inpatient neurological cases
- Demonstrate proficiency in AHA Stroke Management Patient Care Guidelines
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on sound therapeutic principles
- Interpret common diagnostic findings and take appropriate actions
- Educate patients and families as needed
- Address discharge needs with tailored recommendations for outpatient follow-up
- Foster effective communication with colleagues, management, patients, and families to ensure seamless, quality care delivery
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning
- Clearly convey patient treatment goals and activities to staff members
- Participate in team conferences and report any patient care concerns promptly and professionally to the program director
