• Average number of patients/day: 14
• Other Neurologists will be present during Locum's assignment -12 Physician and 4 APPs in the group, Office staff: 2 MAs, 2 front desk
• Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30-60

Submission Required:

• OH license -Required, no exceptions
  
• Board Certified - Required
• Certificate- BLS
• Clean background - Required for expedited credentialing
  
• Covid Vaccine - Required at time of name clear
  
• Availability - must be full-time M-F 8a-4p - Required

Pay Package:

Hourly on 1099: $220/hr + Travel + lodging + malpractice coverage
