Start date: ASAP
Work Schedule/shift times: 2-3 days per week (weekdays). 6 hour shifts
Average patients per day: 2-3 patients per hour
Support staff: All
Compensation: $180-$200 per hour
Credentialing time frame: 2 weeks
Active NY license required
American board certification or board eligible required
