Locum Neurologist MD/DO -Southeastern Iowa- 116973

Is there a state specific CSR that will be needed? Yes Iowa CSR & DEA
Certifications required: BC Neurology
Credentialing: ~60-90 days
Dates: November 1st-March 31st 2024
Dates: ~15 shifts a month; Schedule will be provided 30-45 days in advance
Work Schedule: ~15 days a month; 24 hour coverage 7am-7am
Call Schedule: 7am-7am
