Organization/Practice Details:
• Independent physician group - You choose your preferred schedule, template, patient panel, and more
• Outpatient Only with No Call
• 3 or 4-day work week options offered
• Largest primary care referral base in the region with nearly 20 providers
• Autonomics Lab and Neuropsychology on-site
• Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee of over $400K with ability to transition into production model at your discretion
• Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year
• $70K sign-on plus education allowance, relocation, and more in a full benefits package
• Exceptional time off with 8 weeks offered to start and no limit to how much time you can take off
