Looking for FT locum coverage. Currently need is for clinic coverage with possible call coverage in the future.

• M-F, 8-5

• EMG machine

• In office injections

• 10 patients per day on average

Sleep lab on site

Children's hospital on site

Neurodiagnostics on site with long term inpatient video EEG monitoring available

Outpatient EEG

Neurosurgery on site with many other Peds specialties

EMR: CERNER

REQUIREMENTS:

-WI license active & unrestricted

-BC-Neurology, Subspecialty in Pediatrics

-BLS & ACLS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
