Coverage Required: 12-01-24 - Ongoing
Schedule: On-site clinical hours and calls if needed
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-145 days

Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, PEDs level 2, and APLS certified, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper calls if needed. The facility is looking for two weeks per month in clinic and 4 weeks per month of hospital call coverage. The call coverage would not be 24 hours while they are in clinic but the standard coverage of night call during the week and 24 hour weekend call coverage. For the other two weeks of virtual call coverage (not onsite) it would be 24 hours a day call. There's an average of 12 patients per shift.
