Nephrology opportunity: Oroville, CA - Located 20m to Chico and 65m to Sacramento Position Details

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Currently a 1 physician practice, no midlevel
  • Office Support Staff: Medical Assistant(s), LVN(s) Medical Scribe(s)
  • Referral backlog: approx. 4-6 weeks
  • Clinic Volume: 16-20/day when ramped up
  • Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700
  • Inpatient rounding as needed
  • Typically see inpatient consults prior to AM clinic and before or after PM clinic as needed - On call frequently but very low utilization, phone consultation only unless urgent
  • Current state 1 full day of dialysis per week; schedule could be changed depending on preference
  • DCI separate entity for dialysis, not owned by the hospital, located .50 mile from hospital
