Nephrology - PRN

Provo, UT

About this role:

As a Nephrologist you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. Intermountain Kidney Services has developed an industry-leading model for promoting kidney health by leveraging system value-based care capabilities to deliver upstream chronic kidney disease management to slow kidney failure progression.

  • Employment is with Intermountain Medical Group and will be based in Provo, Utah
  • Ideal candidate will contribute to a patient-centered, value-based care delivery model and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a culture of teamwork and multi-disciplinary collaboration

What you’ll bring:

  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Nephrology
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • U.S. ACGME Residency
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
