**Nephrologist Opportunity - Cooperstown, NY**
A progressive academic health system in central New York, and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nephrologist to join their team.
**Position Details**
- Join an established group of 5 Nephrologists, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Registered Nurses.
- 100% Nephrology practice, with responsibilities split between outpatient clinic and hospital duties at Bassett Medical Center (50%) and regional travel focused on Oneonta and Cobleskill (50%).
- Call schedule: 11 weeks per year, from Monday 8 AM to the following Monday 8 AM.
- Manage 30-50 follow-up dialysis patients and 10-30 follow-up transplant patients.
- Potential for a faculty appointment from Columbia University, with daily interaction with medical students and Internal Medicine and Transitional residents.
- Utilize the EMR system: EPIC.
**Benefits Details**
- Salary Range: $260,000 - $310,000, based on qualifications, experience, and fair market evaluation.

**Position Requirements**
- MD, DO, or MBBS.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology.
- New York State Licensure.
