Provide expert care to neonates in a Level III NICU, offering advanced care for premature and critically ill infants.
Perform neonatal resuscitations, intubations, and other life-saving procedures as needed.
Collaborate with a team of pediatricians, obstetricians, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide family-centered care and offer emotional and educational support to families of infants in the NICU.
Participate in quality improvement projects, and contribute to hospital committees as needed.
Qualifications:
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neonatology.
Active Nevada Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).
DEA Certification (if required).
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
