Key Responsibilities:
Provide care for neonates in a Level III NICU, managing complex and high-acuity cases.
Perform neonatal resuscitations, intubations, and other critical procedures.
Work closely with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care for infants and families.
Provide education and support to families of critically ill or premature infants.
Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and educational programs.
Requirements:
Board Certification/Eligibility in Neonatology.
Active Kansas Medical License (or ability to obtain).
DEA Certification (if required for the position).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
