Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for neonates in a Level II and III NICU.
Perform neonatal resuscitations, intubations, and other critical care procedures.
Collaborate with pediatricians, obstetricians, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes for newborns and their families.
Provide family-centered care, offering support and education to parents and guardians.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education opportunities.
Requirements:
Board Certification/Eligibility in Neonatology.
Active Kansas medical license (or ability to obtain).
DEA certification (if required for the position).
Strong communication skills with an ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
