NEONATOLOGIST

Chattanooga, TN

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule Flexibility: Open to 5, 6 or 7 24-hour shifts per month
  • Favorable Call Schedule: Approximately 4 hours in unit, then on call from home for remainder of shift
  • Desirable Practice Setting: Low acuity level 3 NICU and strong support staff with seasoned APPs and NICU nurses
  • Culture & Support:
    • Welcoming "family-like" team culture
    • Self-scheduling with the ability to plan around family/personal commitments

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Financial Package: $235K-$275K annual compensation + 401K profit sharing with up to 4% employer match

Qualifications:

  • Degree: MD or DO accepted
  • Certifications: BC/BE and Neonatology fellowship required
  • Licensure: Must be in possession of or able to obtain a TN medical license
  • Experience: Accepting providers with all levels of experience
