We are seeking a Program Medical Director to lead and develop a comprehensive neonatal system of care in Las Vegas, NV. The Board-Certified Neonatologist will focus on the clinical practice of a large team of physicians and advanced practitioners. This market approach works closely with three (3) hospitals:

1. Sunrise Children's Hospital - a Level III NICU with 72 beds
2. MountainView Hospital - a Level III NICU with 24 beds
3. Southern Hills Medical Center - a Level III NICU with 15 beds

These HCA owned hospitals are seeking a collaborative leader to lead and continue helping their hospitals to provide the best possible service to the patients they serve. Combined, they have over 8,000 deliveries and have a combined ADC of 85.
Services include:

• Neonatal ECMO, iNO, high frequency ventilation, (jet and oscillators) and total body cooling.
• Full pediatric subspecialty support including a busy pediatric cardiovascular surgery program.
• Resident and medical student teaching with an opportunity for an academic appointment.
• CQI and clinical research opportunities.

The Medical Director will:

• Hold administrative responsibilities include developing protocols, policies, processes, and standardizing care across the system.
• Lead the strategy for care and growth for the Neonatal services throughout the region.
• Interface with the hospital and division leadership teams to manage the relationships with key stakeholders.
• Have protected clinical time

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Neonatology
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role
• Advanced Master's level degree preferred but not required
