Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a skilled and compassionate full time (1.0 FTE) Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join our Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team located in Grand Rapids and Muskegon, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced care and collaborate with specialists in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Job Description:
- If you are a dedicated Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist looking to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families, Trinity Health Medical Group - West Michigan welcomes you to join our team!
- Provide specialized care in Maternal Fetal Medicine managing high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including obstetricians, neonatologists and other specialists to create comprehensive care plans and be their main source for referrals
- Regional Physician providing services mostly in Grand Rapids with some travel to Muskegon as needed
- Participate in the education and training of medical students and residents
- Assigned an MA, Sonographer and additional support staff at all offices
- On call will be shared with MFM Partner/Medical Director – mostly phone calls with hospital visits as needed
- Currently the organization has 1 community provider and 1 contract provider with residency clinic
- Open to experienced Board Certified provider or TRULY Board Eligible recent graduates
- If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible
- Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers

- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible) or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- MI license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA (or willing to obtain)
- BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
- Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
