Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN with Maternal Fetal Medicine Subspecialty
• Active NE license – HIGHLY PREFERRED
• OB/GYN Residency and MFM Fellowship – Required
• Active BLS DEA NRP – Required
• Clean Malpractice/background – Highly Preferred
• Local no flights – Highly Preferred
• Must be available for dates listed in job description to be considered – REQUIRED
• Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility – REQUIRED
• COVID VACCINATED – REQUIRED
