Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN with Maternal Fetal Medicine Subspecialty
• Active NE license
• OB/GYN Residency and MFM Fellowship
• Active BLS DEA NRP
• Clean Malpractice/background
• Must be available for dates listed in job description
• Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility
• COVID VACCINATED
