Position: Permanent MD/DO - Neonatologist

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for critically ill newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Conduct thorough assessments and monitor the health of premature and ill infants.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with families regarding the health status and treatment options for their newborns.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education of medical staff and residents.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Neonatology.
Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Expertise in managing complex neonatal cases and a strong understanding of neonatal protocols.
