Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine
• Active CA License
• BLS NRP DEA
• Provider listed as a paneled member of California Children Services (CCS)
• Has had substantial recent experience covering neonatology services
• Clean Malpractice
• List out availability at time of name clear
