Job Information
Typical Day: If working would be on for 24 hours. Rounding in AM mostly on well newborns and low level 2 NICU. On call for high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and to provide support to the staff as needed for patients.
Acute Care Certification not required
Specialties on-site: OB, Anesthesia, Nursing
Avg deliveries are dependent on patient population
NICU Level II | No more than 10 beds
Procedures: Circumcisions, art lines, picc lines
EMR: Cerner
