Seeking Neonatologist to Join Expanding Level III NICU in Gainesville, FL!
Envision Physician Services is seeking a Board-Certified Neonatologist for our advanced Level III NICU practice at HCA North Florida Regional Medical Center (HCA NFRMC) in Gainesville, FL for its 25-bed NICU. We are looking for an experienced Neonatologist with Level III knowledge and skills with comfort practicing in an autonomous environment.
HCA North Florida Regional Medical Center has an administrative team that is dedicated to the growth and expansion of their L&D, MFM, and NICU services in hopes of qualifying for a Level III NICU designation.
Highlights of these opportunities include:
- Staffing Model: 2 Neos, 4.5 NNPs
- Coverage includes Level III NICU, newborn nursery, and attendance at high-risk deliveries
- NNPs are 1st on-call service at nights
- Flexible week on/week off schedule
- 25-bed Level III NICU; -bed newborn nursery
- Census Data (2021)
- NICU ADC: 12.6
- Newborn Nursery ADC: 15.4
- Deliveries: 3,888
- MFM support on site
- Family practice residents rotations for newborn nursery
