Center Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient

Compensation: $280,000 - $300,000 (OTE $350,000+)

As a Center Medical Director, you will oversee a small patient panel and lead a team of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners in a value-based care model. We provide door-to-door transportation for patients who need it, ensuring accessibility to care.

Position Overview:

✅ Salary: $280,000 - $300,000 base
✅ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
✅ Work-Life Balance: No weekends, no nights
✅ Patient Panel: 60-90 patients max
✅ Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions
✅ Leadership Role: Supervise and mentor PCPs and NPs
✅ Value-Based Care Model
