Anesthesiology Department Medical Director in Midland, Michigan

Health system is searching for the new Anesthesiology Department Medical Director in Midland, Michigan Health’s headquarters, this physician will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients and overseeing the Anesthesiology services.
- 324-bed Medical Center offering 24-hour emergency care, Level II trauma care, and wide range of specialty care services
- Over 18,000 cases in Calendar Year 2023
- 1:8 call rotation, post call day off
Responsibilities
- Full-scope anesthesia care, including care to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
- Role will involve perioperative assessments, administration of anesthesia, monitoring patients during surgery, and postoperative care
Certifications and Licensures
- Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
- PALS and ACLS through American Heart Association
Required Education
- Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
