About this Role:

  • Seeking Internal Medicine Physician, Geriatric, or Family Medicine for Medical Director Role
  • Medical Director, you will provide medical staff oversight services at our post acute, rehabilitative and palliative-care institutions.
  • Manage new admissions
  • Attend Quality meetings
  • Oversee and support in-servicing of staff
  • Ensure exceptional patient care in a post-acute care setting
  • Attend quality assurance and policy review meetings on a regular basis
  • Help foster positive collaboration among care teams through open communication
  • Flexible Schedule. M-F Hours. No after hours or weekend call


Background Desired: Medical Director

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric
  • Ability to hold a DC state medical license
  • Willingness and ability to see patients the geriatric population
